In an exclusive location in the historical center are our elegant apartments. The location is one minute from Mozart's Birth House, festival house and the Altstadt parking garage. Enjoy the flair of a nearly 600-year-old house with your choice of three quiet and completly remodeled apartments, each with their own charm. Coffeehouses and restaurants of all price categories within minutes of the apartments.

All apartments include a Nespresso-/coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave (upon request). Satellite TV, internet hookup with cable and WiFi (WLAN). Hair dryer, bath slippers, towels and bedclothes.

All apartments are non smoking.

Prices

The price for the apartments per night are from Euro 70,-- - Euro 170,-- and depends on the season and booking. Minimum stay two nights. If reservations are cancelled 30 days prior there will be 20 % charge, 15 days prior there will be 50 %, 2 days prior there will be 80 %.

We don't charge internet an cleaning-service.

We request credit card for reservation (Master/Visacard).

How to find us

We recommend that you park in the parking-garage Altstadt-Mitte entrance A. Take the elevator to floor number one. Upon exiting the elevator, follow the signs to Altstadt, then Getreidegasse and continue through the walkway tunnel across a small courtyard and through the large archway in front of you to the street ahead. Cross the street and go left, then make an immediate right turn onto the next street (Getreidegasse). You will walk past Carpe Diem on your left, and continue down Getreidegasse to the Salamander shoe store on the left. The entrance to the apartments is in the archway next to the entrance to Salamander.
